Return and Exchanges

Due to the uniqueness of our boutique, refunds and exchanges are only good for 7 days from original in store receipt or when a shipped item is delivered.

Home Decor and Gift Items can be returned with original receipt. The product must be unused and in the condition that you received it.

Clothing can be returned for store credit only. Original tags must be attached to item with original receipt. Clothing must be unworn and in same condition as you received it.

If any items must be shipped back all return shipping charges will be paid by customer. Shipping charges for the original order are not refundable if items must be returned.

If an item has arrived damaged. Please send a picture of the item, the packaging, and any other related information within 3 days to returns@whitebirchdesignco.com.
We will contact you with the next steps of how to get the item returned, or replaced.

Please read "How do I return or exchange" FAQ TO MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS ELIGIBLE.

If you are shipping your item or items back all costs are the customers responsibility. Before shipping any item back, you must contact returns@whitebirchdesignco.com to insure proper return of your item.

Return Shipping Address will be provided by our customer service team. We advise you to always use a shipping service that you can track your package. We can not guarantee packages that are not trackable.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be processed and shipped out.
